Description
Green peas have a slightly earthy flavour and a creamy texture, they are a great way to add body to any dish.
Ingredients:
Whole green Peas
Pre Cooking tips
Soak 1 cup of dried whole green peas in 4 cups of water with 1 teaspoon of salt for 8 hours at room temperature.
Drain and rinse the peas.
Boil for 40 minutes.
Tip: Un-soaked peas will take longer to cook.
